Presteigne St Andrews striker Sam Williams will miss the Spar Mid Wales League home match against Dolgellau as he has not yet recovered from injury.
Nick Evans will come back into the reckoning as he has now recovered from his broken metatarsal, but new signing Gareth Mansell is still a week or two away from coming into consideration due to his injury.
The Reserves will head to Builth Wells for the game of the day in the Mid Wales League (South) with Spencer Napolitano expected to return to the squad as he has now recovered from the hamstring problem that has kept him out for the past three or four weeks.
CP Llanandras will also face a tough game – Andy Crowe’s side had originally been due to host Penybont United at the John Beddoes School field, but cup commitments led to fixture changes and so CP Llanandras will now face a strong Talgarth Town side.
There are match previews of the first team and Reserve matches on their respective pages, while it is hoped to have a few thoughts on CP Llanandras’ game up on the site just as soon as the information comes to hand.
In other news, the draw for the semi-finals of the Radnorshire Cup has been made and Presteigne St Andrews will face an away trip to Knighton Town.
A reminder – if you are able to come up with a prize for the club’s fundraising bingo on Saturday 5 December, then please email Alan Randell and let him know. All offers are welcome and if you don’t know what to buy, then don’t worry about it – just let Alan know you are happy to donate the cash and he and Paula will sort out the necessary prizes.
And yes, Mr Chairman, my donation will be with you on Saturday morning….
