The draw for the fourth round of the Emrys Morgan Cup has been made, although the recent poor weather means there are a lot of ‘either-ors’ involved.
Should Barry Williams’ Reserves come through their rearranged third-round tie at Corris United then they will travel to Montgomery Town in round four.
The game at Corris United that was postponed yesterday is now likely to be played next Saturday – 12 December.
Other Mid Wales League (South) involved in the draw included Penybont Athletic, who head to Bettws in their third-round tie. If they win that one, they will then take on – wait for it – Berriew Reserves, Aberaeron or Builth Wednesdays.
League leaders Llandrindod Wells will host Llanidloes Town or New Quay, while Penybont United, Llansantffraid Village Reserves or Rhayader Town Reserves will host Kerry. I trust you are following this, as we will be asking questions later….
Should Hay St Marys Reserves come through their game against Maesglas, then they would head to Crannog, while Talgarth Rovers will welcome either Felinfach or Tywyn Bryncrug Reserves.
The fourth-round ties are due to be played on Saturday 2 January 2010.
