Presteigne St Andrews FC’s club secretary Haydn Williams informs me there will be a committee meeting on Wednesday, 15 February.
This will be held at the clubhouse at Llanandras Park and is due to ‘kick off’ at 7.30pm.
As the end of the season is now fast-approaching – I know, it’s only mid-February but the first team has only four games left and the Reserves seven – thoughts are starting to turn to the Annual Dinner.
Any constructive suggestions as to the format should be passed on to the chairman or a committee member as soon as possible.
We also have the finals day to sort out – the Otway and Sparey Cup finals will be invitation cups this season and the plan is to play both finals on the same day so as to make it more of an occasion.
We have done this in past years and it has worked out well.
So, could all committee members please make every effort to get down to the clubhouse on Wednesday night where these and other important issues are due to be discussed.
