Presteigne Reserves will be aiming to build on their encouraging start to the Mid Wales League (South) season on Tuesday, 4 September.
They will take on Brecon Northcote Reserves in a 7.30pm kick off at Llanandras Park.
There was no game for the Reserves on Saturday, 1 September as the scheduled match against St Harmon was postponed due to a host of players being guests at a wedding.
So, joint-managers Mark Weiland and Alan Stocker will be hoping the side can pick up from where it left off against Knighton Town Reserves when they take on Brecon’s second string.
The 8-2 victory at Llanandras Park maintained the winning start to the season and victory on Tuesday night would then represent a very solid start to the season.
If any team news becomes available between now and kick off time I will add it into this preview.
Admission prices for the game will be £2.00 for adults and £1.00 for senior citizens and youngsters under the age of 16.
