Presteigne Reserves will be back in Mid Wales League (South) action on Friday, 7 September.
They will take on Talgarth Town at Llanandras Park in a game that is due to kick off at 7.30pm.
This game could potentially be a cracker as both sides go into the fixture with 100 percent records in the league this season.
Presteigne Reserves currently top the fledgling league on goal difference but then – having scored 17 in their last two league games – this was always like to be difficult to match.
But Talgarth are clearly a good side in their own right – they opened up with a 4-1 victory at home to Penybont United and then backed this up with a 2-1 success at Builth Wells Reserves.
Their most recent success came when Hay St Mary’s Reserves visited Talgarth and the home side ran out 5-0 winners.
So, there are clearly goals in both sides – so, a 0-0 draw is the most obvious outcome in this one!
But it does appear to have all the necessary ingredients to be a cracker – so why not get down to Llanandras Park and get behind the side?
Admission prices for this one will be the usual £2.00 for adults and £1.00 for senior citizens and youngsters under the age of 16.
