Presteigne St Andrews have now received their Spar Mid Wales League fixtures for March and it promises to be an important month in terms of the side’s aspirations for the season.
While there is never an unimportant month, the fact that Tim Broome’s side has been handed three successive home matches will surely give them a good chance to make up ground on the leading clubs.
They will open the month on 6 March with a home game against struggling Dolgellau and will follow this up with further home games against Rhayader Town (Wednesday 10 March) and then Penparcau on 20 March.
Saturday 13 March has been given over for Central Wales Cup matches, so fixtures for this date will be announced when the results from the previous round are known.
They will round off the month with a trip to Tywyn Bryncrug on Saturday 27 March.
