Fixture change for the Reserves

Game off on Saturday, 2 March
Away game off on Saturday, 2 March

My thanks to Tom Ammonds who has forwarded me details of an enforced fixture change for the Reserves.

From the outset, this is nobody’s fault – this goes down as ‘one of those things that can happen’.

The Reserves were due to head to Talgarth Town on Saturday, 2 March but that game will now have to be rescheduled as Tom explains:

“They [Talgarth Town FC] had a major flood and they are out of action.

“They have been using the rugby club facilities but the rugby club are at home on that date so the dressing rooms etc will be in use.

“It has been confirmed that the game will be rescheduled for later on in season.

“[League secretary] Paul [Worts] is trying to see if Builth or Newcastle would come to us in the following week instead so we have a game before the quarter-final of League Cup,” he added.

As soon as we have details of any fixture changes we will post them here.

In the meantime, best wishes to Talgarth Town as they have presumably got a fair bit of work and expense to sort out the issues with their own facilities.
