Presteigne St Andrews FC will hold its annual vice-presidents race night in the clubhouse this coming Saturday (12 September) and we would welcome any vice-presidents and supporters of the club.
Doug Preece has been working hard to sell horses for the evening and it should be a good night with the first race due off at 8.00pm.
If you would like to buy a horse for the evening the cost is only £5.00 and there will be prizes for the winning owner in each race. To purchase your nag, see Doug or any committee member and they will gladly relieve you of your money – you will need to come up with a name for your horse and the more creative, the better (within reason…)
A buffet will be provided on the night while (strangely) the bar will be open for business, so it promises to be a good night as well as being an important fundraiser for the club. Please support the evening if you possibly can…
