Match previews…

Match previews for all three of the games involving our teams are up on the site as both the first team and CP Llanandras will have home advantage, while the Reserves head to Penybont United.

Penybont have the prospect of a ‘Presteigne double-header’ this weekend, as they will now head to CP Llanandras on Sunday.   CP had been due to travel to Penybont, but this game has now been switched to the John Beddoes field as the Racecourse is double-booked.

All things being equal – and assuming there are enough hours in the day – previews of the Sunday games for the Reserves and CP Llanandras will appear at some stage late Saturday night.

A report on the Under 18s’ excellent win at Hinton is now up on the site, while there will also be a preview of their big game on Monday night when they will host Leominster Minors in the Giantkillers Cup – that will appear later in the weekend but thanks to all four managers for the information provided.

The usual plea, please – if you are going to a game this weekend – take a digital camera with you and then email in your best efforts for use on the site.   I know this plea goes out every week, but as I work on Saturdays this means getting to games is pretty difficult.
