Presteigne St Andrews FC’s scheduled MMP with Norman Lloyd second-division game at Dyffryn Banw on Saturday, 28 September was postponed.
The game was called off after heavy rain on the Friday night led to the pitch at Dyffryn Banw being waterlogged.
There was a picture on social media of one of the corner flags under water so, perhaps, it was no great surprise that the game was called off.
Apologies for the late posting of this news but it came through to me as I was heading to County Durham for work and posting news while driving up the A1(M) was not really an option.
So, the first postponement of the season and the trip to Banw will now be rescheduled for later in the season.
