The Mid Wales League (South) fixtures for November for both Presteigne St Andrews FC and CP Llanandras have been released with Presteigne due to play four matches in the month in which they will play the same two clubs twice.
It will be league action for both sides on Saturday, 6 November when Presteigne St Andrews will host Penybont and CP Llanandras will face a trip to Lant Field to take on Builth Wells Reserves.
It will be a mixture of League Cup and league action the following weekend when Saturday, 13 November will see Presteigne will entertain Hay St Mary’s Reserves in the quarter-finals of the League Cup while CP Llanandras will head to Newcastle for a league fixture.
Saturday, 20 November will see a quick return fixture with Penybont for Presteigne St Andrews when they will head to the Racecourse while CP Llanandras will have home advantage for their match against Brecon FC.
The final Saturday of the month – 27 November – will see John Haycox’s Presteigne side hosting Hay St Mary’s Reserves and Bryn Roberts taking his CP Llanandras heading ‘over the hill’ to Knighton Town Reserves.
The official word is that all games are due to kick off at 2.00pm although, as Llanandras Park has floodlights, it might be that some games kick off at 2.30pm although this has not yet been confirmed.
Also, there is a chance that, due to the shortage of match officials, some games could be switched to Friday evenings but any amendments to the fixture list will be flagged up here as soon as we hear about them.
