CP Llanandras were beaten 5-2 in their latest Mid Wales League (South) encounter in which they went down 5-2 at Brecon.
This was always likely to be a tough game for Bryn Roberts’ side as Brecon have a 100 percent record in the league this season and this latest win on Saturday, 4 December took them to six wins from six.
It has clearly been a tough start for CP Llanandras this season and it is not promising to be a whole lot easier on Saturday, 11 December.
Llanandras are due to host a Builth Wells Reserves side that is currently top of the Mid Wales League (South) table with a record of seven wins from its 10 league games so far.
The sides met at Lant Field back on 6 November when Builth Reserves ran out 8-0 winners.
Here’s hoping the weather plays its part this weekend and that it is ‘game on’ for CP Llanandras in what is scheduled to be the side’s last game ahead of the Christmas break.
