After the very understandable break in competitive football following the passing of Her Majesty the Queen, it’s been confirmed matches will resume as from Tuesday, 14 September.
Presteigne St Andrews will take on Radnor Valley in a Central Wales League South fixture at Llanandras Park where the kick off will be at 7.30pm.
This is a pretty quick turnaround as the sides met at Radnor as recently as Friday, 26 August.
On that occasion, Radnor proved too strong for a youthful Presteigne side running out eight-nil victors.
But here’s hoping Corin Jones’ side can make home advantage count for this game and can pose a few more problems for Tuesday night’s visitors.
It’s anticipated there will be a minute’s silence ahead of kick off while a large crowd is expected, so please allow yourself a bit more time than normal when heading to the game.
