Presteigne St Andrews will head to Bow Street on Wednesday 12 May for what will be their penultimate Spar Mid Wales League match of the season.
Work commitments, the distances involved and the relatively early kick off mean manager Tim Broome will have to make a raft of changes for what is promising to be a very tough match.
Those players who are university are also unlikely to figure in this one while Tim is also very aware the Reserves have an important match at Llandrindod Wells on Thursday night and is keen not to disrupt their plans for that game.
While Barry Williams’ side cannot win the league themselves, with matches to come against both Llandrindod Wells and Rhosgoch Rangers, they can certainly have a major say in which club does lift the title.
He is expecting to call on a number of the leading figures from the Under 18s for this game as well as a number of fringe players from the Reserve-team squad.
There is a more detailed preview of the match on the first team page of the site and the usual plea – if you are heading to Bow Street for the game, then please take a digital camera with you and showcase your photography skills by taking a few shots and then emailing them into the site.
The kick off at Bow Street will be at 7.00pm and it is hoped to have a match report up on the site at some stage on Thursday 13 May.
