Presteigne St Andrews exited the Welsh Cup at the second qualifying round stage this afternoon when they were beaten 3-0 at Ammanford Town.
There are few details available at this point but manager Barry Williams was again hit by injuries and players being unavailable and the general view was that this was always likely to be a tough test.
With two home matches to come in the next week – against Newbridge on Wednesday 1 September and then Bow Street on Saturday 4 September – Barry must be hoping his luck changes and that he is able to field a full-strength side.
As soon as more details of the match become available I will post them on the site, while it is hoped to have the 100 Club winners up online at some stage tomorrow – Sunday 29 August.
