Presteigne St Andrews will host Bow Street in their Spar Mid Wales League first division game at Llanandras Park on Saturday 4 September (kick off 3.o0pm).

Barry Williams feels his side is improving with every game and they showed signs of this during the home match with Newbridge, but they will know they will probably have to produce even more against a Bow Street side that took a point from Spar Mid Wales League champions Penparcau in the week.

Barry has key players missing due to weddings and unavailability but hopes this will be the last weekend when he has to ring the changes as he is looking to field a more settled side from here on in as he knows this is key to the side progressing.

As for the Reserves, they will make the trip to Llandrindod Wells Reserves for their Mid Wales League (South) fixture.

Andy Crowe is still uncertain as to the precise make up of his squad for the game as he is waiting on Barry Williams to finalise his first-team line up before knowing just which players will be at his disposal.

Both matches are due to kick off at 2.30pm and there are detailed previews on the teams’ respective pages – so simply click on either the ‘First Team’ or ‘Reserves’ tab at the top of this page.

It is hoped to have match reports up on the site on either Sunday 5 or Monday 6 September.
