Presteigne St Andrews found Bow Street far too hot to handle at Llanandras Park as the visitors ran out 7-1 winners on a day the home side will probably want to put behind them as quickly as possible.
Danny Ives got on the scoresheet for Presteigne when he converted a penalty, but that was as good as it got for Barry Williams’ side.
It was far better for Andy Crowe’s Reserves side who made it three wins out of three when they came away from Llandrindod Wells Reserves with a 4-2 victory.
Alan Stocker made it seven goals already for the season while Danny White converted a penalty – Duane Anning then got in the act when he netted a brace to earn the Reserves their first away win of the season.
It is hoped to have full match reports up on the team’s respective pages at some stage on either Sunday 5 September or on Monday 6 September.
