Presteigne St Andrews will return to Spar Mid Wales League first division action on Wednesday 22 September – one of four mid-week league games scheduled.
The leaders Llanrhaeadr don’t have a match, so Berriew will look to go level on points with them at the top of the table. If they are to do so, then they will need a home win over Dyffryn Banw but were they to get it, then they would go top on goal difference.
There is a decent game in prospect at Llanidloes Town where fifth place will host third as Bow Street will be the visitors.
The night’s other game sees Llansantffraid Village host Waterloo Rovers – the Villagers have made a solid start with two wins and a draw from their opening four games, while Waterloo have also been beaten only once – they have a record of one win and two draws from their first four outings.
It is hoped to have the results of these games up on the site at some stage either late on Wednesday evening or on Thursday.
