Presteigne St Andrews will open their defence of the Radnorshire Cup with a tricky-looking quarter-final tie away at Llandrindod Wells.
Llandrindod are playing in the Spar Mid Wales League second division this season after stepping up from the Mid Wales League (South) last season.
They have won one, drawn two and lost one of their opening four matches at the higher level while they were also convincing 5-1 winners at Newbridge in their first-round tie in the Aspidistra Radnorshire Cup this season.
That victory was all the more remarkable as Llan’dod reportedly finished that match with only nine players.
No date has yet been set for the quarter-final tie, but this is expected to be announced in the next couple of weeks.
The quarter-final draw in full is: Builth Wells v Penybont; Knighton Town v Rhayader Town; Llandrindod Wells v Presteigne St Andrews; Radnor Valley v Hay St Marys.
