Presteigne St Andrews’ young striker Nick Evans faces several weeks on the sidelines after it was confirmed he has broken a metatarsal.

He is one of a number of players who will be missing for the FAW Trophy tie against Hay St Marys at Llanandras Park on Saturday 17 October when the kick off will be at 2.00pm.

Luke Boundford and Adie Bennett are both unavailable, while Luke Hicks is suspended.   Glen Tolley, though, is back in the frame while new signings Joel Leversedge and Marcus Sharrad are also both likely to figure.

The Reserves head to Radnor Valley looking for the ‘bounce back’ result they need after the League Cup exit at Rhosgoch Rangers.  Manager Barry Williams described that performance as ‘dreadful’ and so will be keen for his side to prove a point at Radnor.

CP Llanandras face a bottom-of-the-table showdown at St Harmon Swifts – the only side currently below them in the Mid Wales League (South) table.   Manager Andy Crowe will make late checks on both goalkeeper Wally Weston and Kyle Whitefoot before finalising his side, but he will be without both John Bright and Danny White.

There are previews of the first team, reserves and CP Llanandras matches up on the relevant pages of this site, while match reports will be up on the page on Sunday 18 October.

If you are heading to Llanandras Park tomorrow for the first team game, just a further reminder that the game against Hay St Marys is due to kick off at 2.00pm, so don’t be late!

It is hoped to have reports on all three matches up on the site at some stage on Sunday 18 October.
